Creating an Account

Let’s get you started with your own cloud SFTP server. We have designed a fast sign-up process so you’ll be up and running in no time.

Sign Up

To begin, click the sign-up button on the left corner of our website (or you can also click here) and you’ll be taken to our registration page. There, fill in the form with your email address and pick a password.

We recommend using a strong, unique password to ensure the safety of your account.

Plan Selection

The next step is to select a plan. We offer both monthly and yearly billing. If you’re not sure about your requirements and if they may evolve, don’t worry - you can change it at any time. You can also reach out and we’ll be happy to help you find the best plan for you.

Billing Details

After selecting your plan, you’ll be redirected to our secure payment processor (Stripe) and asked to provide your billing information.

All our plans include a 14-day free trial, but in order to prevent fraud, we have to ask for your card details upfront. You won’t be charged until the trial ends, and we’ll email you a reminder 7 days before the trial ends. In any case, you can cancel at any time.

Submit

Once you’ve completed the form, click “Submit”. That’s it - you’re now ready to set up your cloud SFTP server and start sharing files securely.
